It is with great sadness that the club election meeting schedules for November 14th is going to be cancelled. At least 4 of our directors and their family have Covid or have been directly exposed to this virus. Everyone is ok at this time, but we as a board feel it best to not have the meeting right now. All of this unfortunate news has come to our attention this past weekend (Nov. 8). We have no choice but to play it safe for those infected by this virus and those who are not, it is best to keep all our members safe and out of harms way. We the board have decided to postpone the elections and keep those currently in their respective positions. We hope that this is the correct and right decision under these circumstances.

PLEASE PASS THIS INFO ON TO ALL OTHER MEMBERS AS YOU SEE OR TALK TO THEM.

Everyone stay safe and we will keep all informed as the fall season continues. Remember that next June is our 30th annual show and we the board are moving plans ahead to getting ready for our milestone show.

Any questions feel free to contact the club President Dwayne Hansford at 317-512-0493
